From the Downtown Area: Take Ponce de Leon Ave. east toward the city of Decatur. After passing Highland Ave., Clifton Rd., and East Lake Drive, get in the right hand lane. Immediately after going under the arched concrete train trestle/bridge, there is a traffic light where Ponce de Leon forks, with Scott Blvd. to the left and W. Ponce de Leon to the right. Veer to the right, staying on Ponce de Leon.After passing the next, almost immediate traffic light (E. Parkwood Rd.) proceed slowly. Drexel Ave is the 2nd street on the right (you can only make a right onto Drexel, and the street sign is often obscured by foliage). Follow Drexel for about 1/2 mile until it dead ends at W. Howard Ave. The studio complex is located in the last two buildings at the end of Drexel on the right.Studio B is the building furthest from the intersection with W. Howard—a tan stucco two-story structure with a honey-colored cypress fence and glass block windows. Park on the right hand side of the street and walk up the alley way next to the cypress fence. At the end of the fence, turn left. The studio entrance is immediately ahead along the charcoal brick walkway. From North Atlanta: Take I-85 South to the Clairmont Road Exit. Take a left off the ramp and follow Clairmont several miles toward the city of Decatur. Clairmont dead ends at W. Ponce De Leon Ave., with the Decatur Courthouse directly ahead. Make a right and follow W. Ponce de Leon for approx 1/2 mile. After passing the Decatur Post Office and St. Thomas More Church/School, both on the left, and the light at the intersection of W. Ponce de Leon and W. Trinity Pl., get into the left lane. Drexel Ave. is the 2nd street on the left after the light (you can only turn left onto Drexel). Follow Drexel for about 1/2 mile until it dead ends at W. From South Atlanta: Take I-75/85 Connector North and get off at Edgewood (Exit 94). Make a right onto Edgewood and follow it for 7/10 mile to Krog Street. Turn right onto Krog and after one block, turn left onto Dekalb Ave. Follow Dekalb Ave. for approximately 3 miles. After passing the East Lake Marta Station and Dekalb County water tower, Drexel is the third street on the left (2/10 of a mile). Turn left onto Drexel. The Studio B is the 2nd building on the left, a tan stucco two-story structure with Honey-colored cypress fence and glass block windows.Park on the left hand side of the street and walk up the alley way next to the cypress fence. From I-285 and Points East: From I-285 take the Decatur Exit at US-78 going west toward Atlanta. Stay in the left hand lane and merge onto Lawrenceville Hwy. After about a mile, Lawrenceville Hwy will become Scott Blvd. Follow Scott Blvd. to Clairmont Rd. (about 1.2 miles). Turn left onto Clairmont, following it until it dead ends at W. Ponce De Leon Ave., with the Decatur Courthouse directly ahead. Make a right and follow W. Ponce de Leon for approx 1/2 mile.
